Do I need to schedule a tour or can I just stop by?
The Barn at Lone Eagle Landing staff is happy to provide a private, informational showing of the venue by appointment only, therefore we kindly ask that you set up a tour to view The Barn. There are many ways to schedule a tour, either through our contact form, e-mail, or Facebook. We can’t wait to meet and share our space with you!
What is the guest capacity for an event at The Barn?
200 guests including the bridal party.
Can I host both the wedding ceremony and reception at The Barn?
Yes! We have a variety of ceremony location options available for indoor or outdoor ceremonies.
What if we hold our ceremony elsewhere, but host the reception at The Barn? Does the price change?
Currently, we rent our venue by the weekend and that weekend is exclusive to your event, therefore there is not a price difference in whether or not you host your ceremony, reception, or both at The Barn.
Do you provide tables and chairs?
Yes! We provide a variety of rectangular and round tables, along with 200 upgraded, white resin banquet chairs for you to use. This is included in the price of the venue rental.
Do you host other events at The Barn?
While we are primarily a wedding venue, we do host many other events such a fundraisers, corporate events, reunions, etc. We reserve prime weekend dates for weddings, but off season weekends may be available, as well as Sunday afternoons and weekdays. Can we use outside vendors?
Most definitely! We realize that there are many vendors out there and some vendors that fall within the budget a little better than others. We welcome outside vendors who may or may not have experienced The Barn already.
Does The Barn allow smoking?
Yes, but only in designated outdoor smoking areas. Smoking is not permitted inside The Barn.
Is there power in The Barn?
Yes, we have plenty of power outlets throughout The Barn and outside The Barn.
Are linens and other table settings included in the investment prices?
While linens and table settings are not provided or included in the rental rate, we do provide you with a top notch event venue with many amenities that are above and beyond our competition. We do have a budget-friendly linens package that can be added to your package for a very reasonable rate. Using our linen service can save you money and make things more convenient by eliminating one more item off your “to-do” list. The linens are ordered by The Barn staff and are ready for you when you arrive for setup and decorating. The Barn takes care of returning the linens and having them laundered. Easy!
Are there restrooms in The Barn?
Yes! There are two restrooms inside The Barn.
Is The Barn climate controlled?
Yes, we have both air conditioning and heat, so The Barn can host events year round and your guests will be comfortable no matter the season!
How can I pay for my investment?
We can set up payment plans for guests who are interested. Half of your balance should be paid six months prior to your date, and the remainder should be paid 30 days prior to your event. Our preferred means of payment is cash or check, but we do accept credit cards and bank transfers.
What kinds of permits/licensing is required?
The renter will agree to purchasing day of event insurance upon signing the contract. The renter will also ensure that the caterer and other vendors have the appropriate insurance/licenses. Vendors will need to submit copies of these documents when a contract to rent the facility is signed.
